David offers over 30 years of experience in the disability sector, specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation and Special Education. Whilst building strong connections with Support Coordinators, Supported Independent Living Providers, and Advocacy Groups & leading educational seminars on the NDIS, David works alongside participants and families, facilitating their journey through the intricacies of Specialist Disability Accommodation to achieve their housing goals.

James, with over 30 years of experience in property investment and corporate finance, began his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu before founding HMW Group in 1991. His clients benefit from his extensive network and expertise in construction, property development, investment trusts, equity and debt raisings, and financial syndications.

Grant offers over 25 years of experience delivering investment management services to businesses.  With an intimate understanding of businesses, Grant collaborates closely with clients to mitigate risks, capitalise on opportunities, and foster profitable growth.

General Manager

Timothy is driven by a background in the disability and employment sectors. With previous roles in the NDIS and the Department of Education, Skills, and Employment, Timothy is dedicated to improving the lives of others. 

Beth finds immense reward in helping tenants and support teams find the right properties tailored to individual needs. With a background in recruitment and immigration and a degree in English and Media, Beth brings a valuable skill set to her role.

Mikaela guides clients through the tenancy process, ensuring suitable long-term housing solutions and ongoing support. With a background in disability accommodation and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Mikaela finds fulfilment in contributing to individuals’ journeys toward secure and suitable housing.

Tenancy Specialist

Meg was drawn to her career by a passion for assisting people in the community to find their forever homes. With a professional background in Child Protection in Central Australia and experience in Education, specializing in Flexible Learning Centres for disengaged youth, Meg brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Will has a passion for finance and a background in construction projects. He has dedicated 5 years to the finance industry, finds fulfilment in contributing to a business that makes a tangible impact within the community and is eager to further develop his career in alignment with his professional goals.

MARKETING CONSULTANT

Kerri excels in developing and implementing marketing strategies that showcase boutique SDA homes. Alongside her marketing expertise, Kerri offers a unique perspective with a background in physiotherapy, enhancing her ability to understand and cater to the diverse needs of clients and stakeholders.

Lonni joined Adapt Housing with a passion for making a positive contribution to the community. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Information Technology, Lonni leverages her studies and disability support work experience to support the team in making a meaningful difference.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Colleen has been established in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years.  Commencing in a large franchise agency she was introduced to the Property Management and Real Estate Industry. Colleen now serves as the Operation Manager for the Ray White Property Management Department.
